L'interesse per campi di studio diversi ma con punti di contatto con il Gyrotonic li rende in grado anche di approcci interdisciplinari. Li trovo sempre attenti e massimamente disponibili, davvero notevole la cura che viene investita nell'approccio alla singola persona. Carlotta and German have many years of study and in-depth and growth courses in the Gyrotonic field, therefore they are extremely competent and professional. The interest in different fields of study but with points of contact with the Gyrotonic also makes them capable of interdisciplinary approaches. I always find them attentive and extremely available, the care that is invested in the approach to the single person is truly remarkable.

Non ho mai svolto attività fisica e mi è stato consigliato di provare il Gyrotonic per alleviare i miei dolori. Ho visto allenarsi persone anziane (mia madre stessa, così come atleti professionisti e ballerini perché si tratta di un'attività adatta a diverse esigenze ma che permette il raggiungimento dello stesso obiettivo di benessere assoluto senza alcuno stress per articolazioni e per il fisico tutto.
