Inoltre non solo trovo sempre prodotti per me, ma anche per mia figlia e ci troviamo sempre molto bene sia per la qualità del capo acquistato sia per il prezzo e la cura del cliente.?✨?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scortesia massima del personale, pochissima scelta dei capi. Pochissime taglie rimanenti e cercano di convincere i clienti a comprare cose che non stanno bene (parlo proprio di taglia errata).
Ero ben disposta a comprare e sono uscita con il minimo indispensabile e di malavoglia.
La cortesia e la professionalità che ci si aspetta in negozi di questo livello (e con prezzi alti) non si è vista nemmeno di sfuggita. Sono stata lasciata 15 Min in camerino in mutande perché nel frattempo hanno servito altri clienti (forse speravano spendessero piu di me?) e non ho ricevuto né scuse né una spiegazione.
Mentre chiedevo taglie differenti iniziavano a parlarmi sopra tra loro oppure con altri clienti.
Non mi è stato nemmeno detto che c'erano i pre saldi l'ho scoperto in cassa per caso. 10 minuti passati in cassa perché non riuscivano ad utilizzare la mia gift card senza spiegazioni né niente, tanto più che dopo un po' ho chiesto se per caso ci fossero problemi.
Il tutto a negozio vuoto, eravamo in 3 clienti (e ci credo con questa arroganza e maleducazioni non di certo le persone si ammazzano per entrare).
Pulizia lascia a desiderare e anche l'odore dei capi.
Esperienza da dimenticare.
Maximum rudeness of the staff, very little choice of garments. Very few remaining sizes and they try to convince customers to buy things that don't fit (I'm talking about the wrong size).
I was willing to buy and went out with the bare minimum and reluctantly.
The courtesy and professionalism that is expected in shops of this level (and with high prices) was not even seen in passing. I was left in the dressing room in my underwear for 15 minutes because in the meantime they served other customers (maybe they hoped they were spending more than me?) And I received neither an apology nor an explanation.
As I asked for different sizes, they started talking to me about each other or with other customers.
I was not even told that there were pre-sales, I discovered it at the checkout by chance. 10 minutes spent at the cashier because they could not use my gift card without explanation or anything, especially since after a while I asked if by chance there were any problems.
All this with the shop empty, we were 3 customers (and I believe it with this arrogance and rudeness certainly people don't kill themselves to enter).
Cleaning leaves something to be desired and also the smell of the garments.
Experience to forget.
