★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo non cinque stelle...prenotato un biglietto per traghetto x la Sardegna,al check in la brutta sorpresa...il nome mio non era quello .che effettivamente era scritto... quindi non potevo imbarcarmi....un calvario...ho dovuto fare un nuovo biglietto...in preda all' ansia e non conoscendo il porto di Palermo,sono dovuto tornare in biglietteria carico di bagagli...vi consiglio di controllare bene prima di uscire dall'agenzia.... esperienza da incubo.
Unfortunately not five stars ... booked a ferry ticket for Sardinia, at check in the nasty surprise ... my name wasn't what it was actually written ... so I couldn't embark ... an ordeal. ..I had to get a new ticket ... in the throes of anxiety and not knowing the port of Palermo, I had to go back to the ticket office loaded with luggage ... I advise you to check carefully before leaving the agency .... nightmare experience.

Ruggero ha messo ordine e ci ha dato ottime idee su come organizzare il viaggio e accomodare le richieste di tutti, senza fare lievitare i costi. Ci ha poi aiutato con prenotazioni e tutto.
Great experience. Ruggero is the Marie Kondo of travels. I was planning a trip with in-laws and family and the plan was getting very complicated. Ruggero put in order and gave us excellent ideas on how to organize the trip and accommodate everyone's requests, without increasing the costs. He then helped us with reservations and everything.
