La seconda per fare la piega che si chiama "onda" e che dura 8/10 settimane (senza ammoniaca). Le era stata sconsigliata la permanente in quanto ha un capello molto liscio e consigliata questa. il risultato dell'onda è stato che al primo lavaggio tutto il primo strato di capelli, quindi quello che si vede, era praticamente liscio, solo gonfio crespo e leggermente in movimento ma senza nessuna onda. è tornata in negozio a chiedere spiegazioni per capire se aveva sbagliato qualcosa lei nell'asciugatura ma le è stato risposto che l'effetto era quello e che non sarebbe certo venuto un capello ondulato. per quanto ci riguarda, oltre ai soldi buttati ci è spiaciuto che non hanno neanche ammesso che sul suo capello non è rimasta la piega. anche perché se realmente fosse così il risultato sarebbe follia farla e pagare pure. non allego le foto per privacy ma avrebbero reso bene l'idea. a oggi sono lisci a distanza di neanche tre settimane con la differenza che sono meno morbidi essendo stati stati trattati quindi più impegnativi da tenere, l'esatto opposto di quello che voleva ovvero una piega che asciugasse da sola, leggermente mossa e senza troppi problemi per il periodo estivo. delusione totale, sconsigliamo vivamente tale piega per chi ha il capello liscio My wife went twice, the first time to make a twist and was satisfied.
