Sono dei mascalzoni, e andrebbero denunciati. 30 euro per chiusura di contratto, 30 euro per chiudere un contratto, 30 euro per arire un contratto (e 30 euro per apertura di controatto al nuovo intestatari). Facile fare soldi con loro. E gli amministratori di condominio che si rivolgono a loro sono, nel migliore dei casi degli sprovveduti, nel peggiore dei casi decidete voi. Ho appena effettuato quella dell'acqua e sono pienamente soddisfatto del servizio! Mi risponde una signorina dalla voce squillante ma estremamente professionale, preparata, gentile e diretta non perde tempo e in pochi minuti la voltura è fatta! Alla fine della telefonata mi chiede se sono soddisfatto del servizio... come non esserlo dico io! Voglio ringraziare l'operatrice 108 spero di trovare altrettanta professionalità anche per le altre volture che mi rimane da fare. Il customer service non risponde al telefono, e alla richiesta di una copia fattura risponde che non ne mandano. Invitano a iscriversi al sito e scaricarsi da soli i documenti (...). Peccato che l'iscrizione al sito non funziona perchè segnala errori incomprensibili ed inesistenti. Disorganizzazione, servizio agli utenti molto migliorabile, tariffe assolutamente esose per gli utenti, sito web anacronistico, per usare un eufemismo.
