Rappresenta una eccellenza del mio territorio (sono un Paolano esportato in Romagna) e sono felice di offrirlo ai miei ospiti, specie quelli che non lo conoscono. Poi a Milano ho trovato il locale dove a fine pasto chiudono con la bottiglia del Silano.
At my house, the Amaro Silano never fails. It represents an excellence of my territory (I am a Paolano exported to Romagna) and I am happy to offer it to my guests, especially those who do not know it. Then in Milan I found the place where they close the Silano bottle at the end of the meal.

Ho trovato veramente un clima piacevole nonostante il gran lavoro che c'è da svolgere. Buonissimi i prodotti ma l'amaro Silano è veramente uno dei liquori più buoni sul panorama degli amari...W il lupo!
Great hospitality company with wonderful people who collaborate in the research and production of products. I really found a pleasant climate despite the great work that needs to be done. The products are delicious but the bitter Silano is truly one of the best liqueurs on the bitter scene ... W the wolf!
