★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sto cercando di farmi mandare la bolletta on-line: ho mandato mail di richiesta, chiamato cinque o sei volte e niente...proprio non ce la fanno...oltretutto mi sento preso in giro perché ogni volta che chiamo mi rassicurano che nn ci sono problemi.
L'ultima volta che ho chiamato ero parecchio scocciato e l'impiegata mi ha riattaccato il telefono in faccia.
Servizio pessimo.
I'm trying to get my bill sent online: I sent an email request, called five or six times and nothing ... they just can't do it ... plus I feel made fun of because every time I call they reassure me that no any problems.
The last time I called I was pretty pissed off and the clerk hung up the phone in my face.
Bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono anni che giro l'Italia con il camper da nord a sud avendo la necessità di cambiare le bombole del gas per uno domestico. Non ho mai trovato problemi nel sostituire una bombola vuota di colore rosso con una verde o di una gialla con una blu. Presso questa ditta non è stato possibile per problemi incomprensibili. Quando gli ho chiesto di averne una dando la cauzione ha detto che non me la dava in quanto, come camperista, non gliela avrei resa. Risposta surreale da parte di un fenomeno assolutamente scortese. Questo succedeva di venerdì pomeriggio e la sua proposta è stata di riempirmi la bombola per il lunedì successivo nonostante il sabato fosse aperto fino alle ore 12. Sono tornato in paese, ho chiesto informazioni ai locali e ho acquistato , presso un altro rivenditore, una bombola verde liquigas cedendo una rossa senza problemi. Quanto sopra per opportuna informazione.
I have been traveling around Italy with the camper from north to south for years, having the need to change the gas cylinders for a domestic one.
