★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio! Siamo rimasti senza gas al freddo per due giorni perché non avevano rilevato la fine del gas con i loro contatori...e neanche su segnalazione dopo una notte al freddo sono intervenuti...consegna gas dopo due giorni e due notti al freddo e senza poter cucinare.
La cosa piu grave è che telefoni e parli ogni volta com una persona diversa che ti dice che lo segnala ma nessuno segnala. Ho chiesto di parlare con un responsabile e hanno risposto che non hanno un responsabile..penoso disservizio!!
Bad service! We were without gas in the cold for two days because they had not detected the end of the gas with their meters ... and even on notification after a night in the cold they intervened ... gas delivery after two days and two nights in the cold and without to be able to cook.
The worst thing is that you call and talk each time with a different person who tells you that he reports it but no one reports. I asked to speak to a manager and they replied that they don't have a manager ...
