la ragazza all'interno mi chiede cosa voglio e le rispondo che vorrei provare il vestito in vetrina. alla mia richiesta mi viene detto che è impossibile, occorre il permesso della titolare per smontare la vetrina . insisto dicendo che lavoro tutti i giorni dalle 8.30 alle 19.00 e che son molto interessata all'acquisto ma la possibilità di provare l abito mi viene negata nuovamente e vengo invitata a prendere appuntamento . trovo tutto questo fuori luogo per un negozio nella via principale dell o shopping di genova e trovo che sia normale che se trattate cosi le persone , stiate chiudendo tutti uno dopo l'altro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assidua cliente per anni di questo negozio ( e anche dell'altro situato a Milano ) che non visitavo da tempo, poichè mi sono trasferita in un'altra cittá, ho approfittato dell'occasione di un week end a Genova per tornare a fare un giro. In compagnia di mia cognata, anche lei ottima cliente negli anni passati, ci siamo fermate a visionare gli abiti per una decina di minuti e poi, dopo avere ringraziato e salutato, ci siamo avviate verso l'uscita. Mentre aprivamo la porta abbiamo udito distintamente la titolare dire ad una signora lí presente " Eh, sono entrate solo per riempirsi gli occhi". Vista la presenza di altre persone nel negozio, abbiamo deciso di andarcene e non ribattere all'inappropriato ed improprio commento. Cara titolare, di certo ho potuto sollazzarmi la vista con i suoi begli abiti, ma vista la sgradevolissima esperienza, stia tranquilla che non capiterá mai piú. Due clienti perse in un colpo solo.
