Like so many others, I can only confirm that they are just scammers. Tablet purchased from amzon and obviously never arrived with bogus brt tracking code. Shameful. DO NOT BUY .....

Amazon me dijo que contactará con vendedor y lo hice en tres ocasiones sin recibir respuesta y amazon me hizo reembolsó, porque vieron que no lo recibí. Amazon no debería trabajar con estos vendedores que dan mala fama, pues no recibes el artículo y tampoco te dan ninguna explicación. Desde luego este vendedor ya lo tengo en la lista negra, no fiable. Debería ser así también para amazon.
I asked for a mobile phone a month ago through Amazon and I'm still waiting. Amazon told me that they will contact the seller and I did it three times without receiving a response and Amazon made me reimburse, because they saw that I did not receive it. Amazon shouldn't work with these reputable sellers, as you don't receive the item and they don't give you any explanation. Of course I already have this vendor blacklisted, unreliable. It should be like that for amazon too.

They are just scammers, they put articles on amazon that do not ship and for which they provide bogus tracking codes. There is no way to contact them. I hope so much to check the finance for you. Match report

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ladri, ho ordinato un prodotto da loro tramite Amazon, numero di spedizione fornito non valido, consegna non avvenuta, i soldi però se li sono presi. Contattati tramite Amazon due volte, poi ho provato a telefonare ma niente.
Sono da condannare sia questi truffatori, sia Amazon che non prende provvedimenti nonostante le segnalazioni. Davvero pessimi, una denuncia non ve la toglie nessuno.
Thieves, I ordered a product from them via Amazon, invalid tracking number provided, delivery failed, but they took the money. Contacted through Amazon twice, then I tried to call but nothing.
Both these scammers and Amazon, which does not take action despite the reports, are to be condemned. Really bad, nobody can take a complaint away from you.

Ho pagato una PS4 che hanno messo in vendita su Amazon e hanno creato immediatamente un codice di spedizione DHL per far credere che stavano preparando l'invio ma sono passate due settimane e mezzo, è trascorso il termine massimo e a casa mia non è arrivato nulla! Il telefono è irraggiungibile, non rispondono ai messaggi su Amazon, però quando si tratta di prendersi i soldini sono super veloci ed efficienti!! Grandissimi mascalzoni per essere gentili...
They are scammers, don't buy anything from them! I paid for a PS4 that they put up for sale on Amazon and they immediately created a DHL shipping code to make them believe they were preparing to ship, but it's been two and a half weeks, the deadline has passed and nothing has arrived at my house! The phone is unreachable, they don't respond to messages on Amazon, but when it comes to getting money they are super fast and efficient !! Great rascals to be kind ...

Sulla base di acquisti già effettuati da venditori terzi tramite la piattaforma Amazon ho proceduto tranquillamente con l'acquisto, ma ho sbagliato.
La spedizione è attualmente in ritardo di un giorno ma so già che non mi arriverà date le altre recensioni che ahimè ho letto; non vengono riportati aggiornamenti dettagliati sullo stato della spedizione nella mia area utente di Amazon e inoltre il codice di tracking rilasciatomi risulta non valido per via di una cifra mancante, anziché di 19 cifre è di 18...
Quindi ragazzi è tutta una bella storia, perlopiù seppur sia riportato un ipotetico indirizzo e un numero di telefono fisso, quest'ultimo quando viene contattato risulta irraggiungibile!
Tranquilli se il pacco non vi viene pervenuto, Amazon consente il rimborso dopo 3/4 giorni di spedizione in ritardo, solo che purtroppo s'è un acquisto urgente quello che si è fatto non c'è verso, si dovrà aspettare inutilmente che venga ottenuto il rimborso...
Non capisco il senso di tutto ciò e sono qui per portare la media di una stella a questa "fantomatica" azienda o quello che è XD.
P.S.
Quando ho fatto l'acquisto l'azienda non si presentava con questo nome ma come ON THE TOP quindi, occhio ?.
Cercate di non acquistare da aziende che hanno meno di 100 valutazioni totali seppur abbiano una media di 4 stelle.

Towards the end of November 2021 I made a purchase through this seller on Amazon with shipping always paid by the third seller ... a BREAKAGE !!!
Based on purchases already made by third-party sellers through the Amazon platform, I proceeded quietly with the purchase, but I made a mistake.
The shipment is currently delayed by a day but I already know that it will not reach me given the other reviews that alas I have read; there are no detailed updates on the status of the shipment in my Amazon user area and also the tracking code issued to me is invalid due to a missing digit, instead of 19 digits it is 18 ...
So guys it's all a good story, mostly even if there is a hypothetical address and a landline phone number, the latter when contacted is unreachable!
Don't worry if the package is not received, Amazon allows a refund after 3/4 days of delayed shipping, only unfortunately if there is an urgent purchase, what has been done there is no way, you will have to wait in vain for it to be obtained the refund...
I don't understand the meaning of all this and I'm here to bring the average of a star to this "phantom" company or whatever XD is.
P.S.
When I made the purchase, the company did not present itself with this name but as ON THE TOP so, beware ?.
Try not to buy from companies that have less than 100 total ratings even if they have an average of 4 stars.
