★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Concordo pienamente sul Servizio superficiale e approssimativo . Prenotazioni senza la minima attenzione al cliente. Nessuna indicazione su alternative di orari o giorni. Nessun interesse a soddisfare le richiesta del cliente. Invio dei preventivi sempre con mancanza di parti del viaggio.
Ho cambiato agenzia e ho trovato molta più professionalità e voglia di aiutare il cliente. Chiaramente non mi rivolgerò più a questa agenzia.
I fully agree with the superficial and approximate Service. Reservations without the slightest attention to the customer. No indication on alternatives of times or days. No interest in satisfying customer requests. Sending estimates always with no parts of the trip.
I changed agency and found a lot more professionalism and desire to help the customer. Clearly I will no longer address this agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio superficiale e approssimativo . Prenotazione dell’aereo senza la minima attenzione al cliente. Nessuna indicazione su alternative di orari o giorni a parità di costo o quasi . Posti non vicino al finestrino. Prenotazione in un albergo bello ma , purtroppo, la camera era pessima come affaccio( su un cantiere) e senza aria condizionata (c’era un ventilatore). Per avere una camera degna di questo nome ho dovuto sborsare ulteriori 200 euro. In merito all’organizzazione nessun consiglio o indicazione . Niente . Mi sono trovata molto meglio a prenotare tutto da sola su internet. Sono andata in agenzia perché questo viaggio era un regalo. Si è tradotto in una bruttissima figura . Per fortuna la città dove sono stata è talmente bella da compensare gli inesistenti servizi ricevuti .
Superficial and approximate service. Plane reservation without the slightest attention to the customer. No indication on alternatives of hours or days at the same or almost equal cost. Places not near the window. Booking in a nice hotel but, unfortunately, the room was very bad (facing a building site) and without air conditioning (there was a fan). To have a room worthy of the name, I had to shell out another 200 euros. Regarding the organization, no advice or indication. Anything . I found it much better to book everything myself on the internet. I went to the agency because this trip was a gift. It has translated into a very ugly figure. Fortunately, the city where I was is so beautiful as to compensate for the non-existent services received.
