The agent didn't show up at the appointed time and it turned out they gave me the wrong address. We scheduled another appointment and they literally cancelled it a few hours before the meeting. Very arrogant and discriminating!
I give one star because there is no zero :(

L'agente non si è presentato all'orario stabilito e si è scoperto che mi hanno dato l'indirizzo sbagliato. Abbiamo programmato un altro appuntamento e l'hanno annullato poche ore prima dell'incontro. Molto arrogante e discriminante!
