a	antonio di russo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato per comprare un pennino di ricambio per una penna Montblanc ,costo €16,tornato in ufficio dopo aver usato la penna per firmare due documenti, l'inchiostro non usciva più. Sono tornato dopo qualche giorno per protestare, la risposta è stata che la colpa era mia perché la penna mi era caduta e quindi la punta si era rotta e non scriveva più bene.GRANDE fesseria per non sostituirmi il pennino.Trovato lo stesso pennino sempre da un rivenditore Montblanc al prezzo di € 8 I was to buy a replacement nib for a Montblanc pen, cost € 16, returned to the office after using the pen to sign two documents, the ink no longer came out. Vengo da Roma e non conoscendo nessun posto trovo su maps questo buffetti e vado. Per un foglio mi ha chiesto 1.50€ io rimango basito (in mano avevo un 1€ e 5 cent) prendo portafoglio ho un pezzo da 20. Mi riguarda e mi fa lo "sconto" ovviamente senza scontrino. Dopo un mese non siamo riusciti a fare lo Spid dopo aver strapagato il vostro servizio che mi avete assicurato essere il più pratico ed efficiente offerto dal mercato. Mi avete rimbalzato per un mese tra i vostri impiegati perché chi si occupa di questa cosa è presente solo la mattina. Alle mail non rispondete. Vi insultate l'un con l'atro tra dipendenti. Una cosa mai vista. Inaudita. Praticamente un furto. Shame! A bad service. Unica pecca (a cui non ho dato peso sulla votazione) sono i prezzi un pò più alti della media, ma comunque tutto materiale di alta qualità Present many objects for the office and many branded desk or backpacks. Mi ha servito un uomo che, dopo aver chiesto telefonicamente a mia figlia cosa le serviva di preciso (telefonata durata 15 secondi), si è infastidito rispondendomi molto male. Caro signore, se lei non è in grado di stare in messo al pubblico, appare evidente che cambiare lavoro sia l'unica soluzione. Bad staff, unheard of rudeness.
