★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi spiace dover dire che siamo stati trattati malissimo, abbiamo fatto un ordine di oltre 100 borracce personalizzate per i dipendenti della nostra azienda con l'accordo di farle serigrafare con i nomi dei futuri assunti e nel momento in cui avrebbero dovuto consegnarci le ultime ci hanno detto che non avevano tempo di farle, che il macchinario da utilizzare è molto costoso e non lo possono accendere solo per pochi pezzi alla volta e che addirittura la persona che lo sa utilizzare è in malattia quindi non ce le farebbero comunque. Sono stati arroganti, scortesi e cafoni a livelli indicibili. Non ci metteremo mai più piede.
I'm sorry to say that we were treated very badly, we placed an order for over 100 personalized water bottles for our company's employees with the agreement to have them screen-printed with the names of future hires and when they should have delivered the latest ones to us they said that they did not have time to make them, that the machinery to use is very expensive and they cannot turn it on only for a few pieces at a time and that even the person who knows how to use it is sick so they would not be able to do it anyway. They have been arrogant, rude and boorish to unspeakable levels. We will never set foot in it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho cercato a caso un giorno una tipografia nelle vicinanze e Google mi ha indicato loro, sono andata di persona la prima volta per farmi fare 2 cartelli semplici e mi hanno ascoltata e consigliata, da subito a pelle mi sono piaciuti e mi sono affidata. Risultato perfetto. La seconda volta ho chiesto di farmi un cartello, un lavoro più complesso del primo e ero titubante perché non sapevo nemmeno io come volerlo, avevo un idea che però non sapevo se riuscivo a spiegarmi e e farmi capire... beh che dire... hanno azzeccato in pieno...il lavoro finito è perfetto e stupendo. Ottimo lavoro molto bravi!!
I randomly looked for a nearby printing house one day and Google pointed them to me, I went in person the first time to get me to do 2 simple signs and they listened and advised me, I immediately liked them and I trusted myself. Perfect result. The second time I asked to make me a sign, a more complex job than the first and I was hesitant because I didn't even know how to want it, I had an idea but I didn't know if I could explain myself and make myself understood ... well what to say ... they got it right ... the finished work is perfect and gorgeous. Great job very good !!
