Ho acquistato un pacchetto Silver (taglio+piega) e il prezzo mi è sembrato vantaggioso. Purtroppo però la mia esperienza non è stata positiva, perché ho i capelli ricci e la parrucchiera non mi è sembrata in grado di gestirli. Tanto per cominciare li ha pettinati con un pettine a denti stretti e mi ha praticato un taglio tipico da capello lliscio. Inoltre, mi ha redarguito che i miei capelli erano molto molto secchi, suggerendo che stessi usando i prodotti sbagliati, quando in realtà i miei prodotti funzionano benissimo da anni e i miei capelli (normalmente invidiati da tutti) si sono seccati in seguito al doppio shampoo che mi ha praticato lei, senza farvi seguire neppure una maschera. Il giorno seguente infatti li ho lavati con i miei prodotti abituali e grazie al cielo hanno perso l'effetto crespo con cui sono uscita dal salone, ma rispetto al loro aspetto abituale sono ancora molto molto stressati. La posizione è ottima, si trova proprio di fronte alla Coop quindi è estremamente comodo. Il negozio è molto pulito! Consiglio assolutamente! Very good and nice! Basically replying to me with "yes", "no", "please go and read the info" and when I confronted them with it, they said they don't believe they are being rude. Customer Service in Italy is a huge problem. People have to understand that Italy is not the center of the world, that here there are other people living, including people from other countries, with different cultures... So she just lost a huge opportunity to gain more clients because I'm a very social person with a lot of contacts and followers. Maybe the place is not bad and other people there are amazing but my personal experience was horrible.
