★ ★ ★ ★ ★ scarsissima professionalità, chiamiamo per un affitto andiamo a vederlo diamo conferma ci viene chiesto di portare tutti i documenti per completare, ma il giorno dopo ci viene detto che anche un'altra persona è interessata e di aspettare, aspettiamo una settimana ma alla fine ci viene detto che l'appartamento è stato affittato e non è più disponibile. Facciamo richiamare da una persona a noi vicina qualche giorno dopo vedendo che l'appartamento è ancora disponibile online e le viene fissato un appuntamento per andarlo a vedere. Vergognosi una stella non la meritate nemmeno.
very little professionalism, we call for a rent we go to see it we give confirmation we are asked to bring all the documents to complete, but the next day we are told that another person is interested and to wait, we wait a week but in the end there is having said that the apartment has been rented and is no longer available. Let us call a person close to us a few days later to see that the apartment is still available online and an appointment is made to go and see it. Shameful you don't even deserve a star.

Risposta al Sig. Lecchi:
1.Quando ho disdetto mi sono scusato;
2. Appena ho saputo di essere impossibilitato a presentarmi all'appuntamento ho immediatamente chiamato;
3. Ho avvisato con 2 giorni di anticipo rispetto alla data dell'appuntamento proprio perché ho rispetto di chi lavora.
Il suo atteggiamento, tono e contenuto della conversazione denota, purtroppo, scarso rispetto nei confronti dei clienti.

Li richiami e gli fai presente il problema e ti dicono che probabilmente c'è una trattativa in corso. Intanto l'annuncio è ancora on line dopo un mese. Pessimo
Incompetent and unprofessional, they tell you that they call you back but days go by, you call them back and they tell you they call back ... But nothing .... You call them back and point out the problem and they tell you that there is probably a negotiation in progress . Meanwhile, the announcement is still online after a month. Bad
