★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero cliente ma non andrò più. Per una ceretta che di solito veniva completata in 15 minuti è stata impiegata un'ora e mezza. Sempre fatta pagare 25€, questa volta 50, anche se non è stata fatta nessuna richiesta extra. E il risultato finale, pessimo.
Il vero problema è: prima c'era un estetista, ora non più, perchè vendere un servizio se non si è evidentemente in grado di fornirlo? La professionalità? La signora piuttosto che essere corretta ha preferito incassare 50€ e fare un pessimo lavoro. Peccato. Probabilmente c'era da arrabbiarsi.
I was a customer but I won't go anymore. A waxing that usually took 15 minutes took an hour and a half. Always charged € 25, this time 50, even if no extra request was made. And the end result, bad.
The real problem is: before there was a beautician, now not anymore, why sell a service if you are obviously not able to provide it? Professionalism? The lady rather than being correct preferred to collect € 50 and do a bad job. Sin. There was probably something to be angry about.
