★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pasta was fantastic (spaghetti carbonara), and the main was delicious (pork ribs with honey and paprika), but the dessert (tiramisu) was by far the best. I would go as far as to as that it was the best tiramisu I have ever had.
Service was extremely hospitalable, explaining the menu in English for us, and the pricing was consistent with other such restaurants coming to approximately €68 for two pastas, two mains, one dessert, 0.5L of house red, water, and an espresso. Highly recommended, if for the tiramisu alone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spontaneously stopped by for lunch and had a great experience. Very friendly service including help understanding the menu and a super tasty traditional meal. Full of locals which is always a good sign. Reasonably priced as well. Would happily go back

Atmosphere is authentic, cozy and clean.
Food is extremely good and fairly priced.
If you're visiting Terni, make sure to pay Lillero a visit to try typical food from the area, like for instance "Ciriole" pasta or cured meats.
It is not easy to find a good restaurant in Terni nowadays but thankfully Lillero is a really good trattoria. Don't miss it!
