S	Simone Bondi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avro' preso qui una trentina di pizze in piu' di un anno - in passato era la mia seconda preferita, una simil napoletana morbidissima - ma oggi mi sono stancato, dopo aver ripetutamente provato a dargli delle chance. Dall'ultimo periodo di Lockdown (o forse piu') la pizza e' biscottata, o peggio secca, bassa, con il classico sapore di pizza scadente delle pizzerie scadenti; e per la quarta volta di seguito la crosta di almeno una delle pizze ordinate e' bruciata (non che prima di queste quattro non ce ne fossero mai di pizze bruciate - quattro ordini di seguito e' solamente un record). I prezzi, sia di spedizione che per le pizze sono mastodontici rispetto alla qualita', neanche giustificabili dalle bibite dato che non vengono offerte gratuitamente. Sconsigliatissima, peccato. I will have taken here about thirty pizzas in over a year - in the past it was my second favorite, a very soft Neapolitan-like - but today I got tired, after repeatedly trying to give it a chance. Since the last period of Lockdown (or perhaps more) the pizza is toasted, or worse dry, low, with the classic flavor of poor pizza of poor pizzerias; and for the fourth time in a row the crust of at least one of the pizzas ordered is burnt (not that before these four there were never any burned pizzas - four orders in a row is just a record). The prices, both for shipping and for the pizzas, are mammoth compared to the quality, not even justifiable by the drinks since they are not offered for free. Not recommended, too bad.

Purtroppo dal lato organizzativo non posso dire lo stesso, in quanto la puntualità delle consegne è davvero moto variabile, con tendenziale peggioramento nel weekend. La prenotazione telefonica con ritiro non sempre è risolutiva sui tempi di attesa. L'intero staff quando c'è da gestire tanti asporti e i tavoli all'esterno, quindi in condizioni di alto stress, tende a commettere degli errori. Le potenzialità ci sono, ma serve un deciso cambio di passo nei momenti di elevata affluenza, o vi è il costante rischio di scontentare il cliente portandolo verso altre scelte. Telephone bookings with collection are not always decisive for waiting times. The entire staff when there is a lot of takeaways to manage and tables outside, therefore in conditions of high stress, tends to make mistakes. The potential is there, but a decisive change of pace is needed in times of high turnout, or there is the constant risk of dissatisfying the customer by taking him to other choices.

Unica cosa positiva è che almeno per sto schifo non è stato troppo caro... la cosa assurda è che si spacciano per grandi pizzaioli ... ma va Mai più Not recommended. Unseasoned pizza and burnt dough. Two embarrassing fried donuts, taste of old oil and poor pistachio cream. The only positive thing is that at least for I'm disgusting it wasn't too expensive ... the absurd thing is that they pretend to be great pizza chefs ... but it goes Never again

Era tutto caldo e molto buono! L'impasto preparato col Lievito Madre era leggero e non abbiamo sentito la sensazione di pesantezza e sete per tutta la notte come capita purtroppo da altre parti. Molto soddisfatto! We took half a meter of pizza and fried food on a Friday night to take away. There were a lot of orders but the staff were quick and friendly. It was all hot and very good! The dough prepared with Mother Yeast was light and we did not feel the feeling of heaviness and thirst all night as unfortunately happens elsewhere. Very satisfied!

Lo consiglio I was not in the mood for a pizza, so I opted for a sandwich and battered vegetables and was blown away! Everything was great .. I recommend it
