In particolare ottimi i primi piatti ordinati (paccheri al granchio reale e spaghetti alla bottarga) eccezionali. Fantastic dinner by the sea, based on fish. È sempre affollato ed è necessario prenotare con anticipo precisando che si vuole un tavola all'aperto. Buoni i primi e discreta la scelta dei vini. Excellent restaurant by the sea in Soverato. Consapevoli che non tutti i posti sono forniti di alimenti senza glutine (per la celiachia) ci siamo presentati con il pranzo pronto per lui, proprio per non rischiare di non trovare nulla. Nonostante potesse essere considerato irrispettoso abbiamo trovato comprensione da parte del personale, molto gentile. Io invece ho ordinato la frittura in foto, che penso dica tutto. Pesce gommoso, oserei dire non fresco nonostante io non possa esserne certa, sicuramente non cotto correttamente. I sapori ricordano i piatti tipici locali senza però dimenticare di rinnovarsi. Degna di nota la pasta prodotta da un pastificio locale e ben abbinata ai condimenti di mare. Dalla carta dei vini consiglio il Critone servito fresco. Conto:? Considerato il servizio e la qualità del pesce stona la location molto spartana ma con vista sul golfo. Ottima anche la proposta dei vini da abbinare alle pietanze, interessanti le etichette. Unica pecca è la lentezza nel servizio. Più di un’ora di attesa per una frittura di gamberi e calamari. Ma almeno ne è valsa la pena. Pesce fresco e di qualità. Spero di potermi ricredere sui tempi di attesa. The atmosphere created in this place is pleasant, especially in the evening. Clima ospitale, camerieri gentili cortesi e disponibili, cibo ottimo e non le solite cose, cocktail fantastici. Insomma, aperitivo, pranzo o cena… non sbagliate mai! ? Personally I feel at home, I always go back willingly. Hospitable atmosphere, friendly courteous and helpful waiters, excellent food and not the usual things, fantastic cocktails.
