A	Agostina La rocca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto molto carino ma gestito malissino, troppa confusione tra di loro, portato prima il primo poi l'antipasto, piatti troppo abbondanti, come se dovessero consumare il cibo, fritto misto pesce bruciato, ordinato delle patatine, mai pervenute, nonostante i vari solleciti, alla fine della cena, nonostante tutto abbiamo pensato di fermaci per un cocktail, mio marito ordina un moijto, anche questo mai pervenuto, arrivando in cassa c'hanno detto che era finito il ghiaccio!!!! La sangria non era male ma senza frutta, la paella era un discreto risotto ai frutti di mare, lontanissimo da una paella...8 piatti di paella, solo 2 brocche piccole di sangria x otto!!!(la terza l'abbiamo dovuta pagare)...il personale, mi dispiace per loro, sembrava si trovasse li per caso, catapultati in un mestiere evidentemente non loro! il conto:30 euro a testa! Ma siete fuori di testa????Nulla che giustifichi nemmeno lontanamente questo prezzo, mai più! Absurd! Spanish evening, paella and sangria. Una volta ordinate le pietanze abbiamo dovuto sollecitare più volte il personale per ricevere le bevande, arrivate solo dopo il terzo sollecito. Personale decisamente scadente e non sufficiente a gestire tutti i tavoli, oltretutto sprovvisto di qualsiasi dispositivo di protezione individuale come mascherine o simili. La qualità del cibo non arriva nemmeno a rasentare la sufficienza: le pizze asciutte e i condimenti sulle stesse quasi crudi. La ciliegina sulla torta è stata la presenza di numerosi capelli nella lasagna di pesce ordinata (non indicati tra gli ingredienti del menù). Attesa anche al momento del pagamento e nessun tipo di scusa per lo sconveniente incidente (né in termini pratici, né economici). Evening to forget. The icing on the cake was the presence of numerous hairs in the fish lasagna ordered (not indicated among the ingredients on the menu). Waiting even at the time of payment and no kind of apology for the inconvenient accident (neither in practical nor economic terms).

Nonostante prenotati x 10 persone, dopo 35 minuti di attesa c'è stata portata solo la lista dei vini e 2 bottiglie d acqua. Il locale non era pieno in quanto siamo andati alle 20e30 ma c'era un evento quindi tutti concentrati per l evento ma nessuno che si è occupato degli altri pochi clienti e noi. Totale assenza di accoglienza e completo menefreghismo. Bad reception, service and treatment equally. Despite having booked for 10 people, after a 35 minute wait, only the wine list and 2 bottles of water were brought to us. The place was not full as we went at 8.30pm but there was an event so everyone concentrated for the event but no one who took care of the other few customers and us. Total absence of reception and complete indifference.

Delicious pizza cooked in a wood oven, fabulous location, impeccable service with the thoughtful and attentive waiter Carmelo, we will definitely return, highly recommended !!!
