Da evitare. Lido equipped in basic mode, sparse and poorly stocked bar. Rude staff who don't have a clue what it means to work in contact with the public. To be avoided.

Pessima la signora del bar, vede un bambino piccolo che deve andare urgentemente al bagno con le lacrime agli occhi e ci dice di no perché non stiamo al lido da loro ma al lido accanto che è del residence ( e non ha il bagno) Ma che si fa così? Assolutamente da evitare... A star because zero stars cannot be added. The lady at the bar is very bad, she sees a small child who has to go to the bathroom urgently with tears in her eyes and says no because we are not at the beach with them but at the beach next door which is in the residence (and does not have a bathroom). do you do this? E	Effe Dalo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo prenotato un ombrellone e due lettini in prima fila per 10 GG, all'arrivo il prezzo pattuito per telefono è risultato lievitato. Il primo giorno ci ha posizionati in terza fila dicendoci che l Affitto del nostro ombrellone era stato prolungato dai clienti precedenti ( ma così si fa??? Piuttosto sposti loro!) In più per il covid gli accordi telefonici erano diversi, lettini sanificati alla consegna. Una volta al nostro posto la spiaggia era sporca, piena di cicche di sigarette ( la gente è incivile...ma voi non pulite???). Il primo di settembre il bar risultava oramai vuoto, niente più cornetti pizzette perfino la macchinetta del ginseng... sigillata! E mentre i bambini giocavano ai giochini sulla spiaggia ( compresa la mia di 2 anni) ha cominciato a smontare l altalena! Trattare i clienti di settembre come clienti di serie b..non si fa! Esperienza negativissima We booked an umbrella and two sunbeds in the front row for 10 days, upon arrival the price agreed by phone was increased. And while the children were playing games on the beach (including my 2 year old) he began to take apart the swing! Treating September customers as second-rate customers… it's not done! Scorrettissimi e venali. Risposta alla richiesta di identità: Perché annotate le prenotazioni? Mi sembra strano visto che avete annullato la prenotazione il giorno stesso :che io, asmatica, e mio marito, disabile, dopo aver prenotato 2 ombrelloni per 13 giorni in prima fila nel mese di aprile, confermati ulteriormente da voi 2 gg prima dell'arrivo, ci volevate sbattere sotto la palma in ultima fila. Il titolare ci ha detto che gli ombrelloni per noi non erano disponibili e che non poteva risolvere la situazione. Per fortuna abbiamo trovato posto al lido "Il gabbiano", dove sono più seri e sensibili nei confronti delle persone in difficoltà. Don't go there !!!!!
