★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onestamente, vista l'importanza del dare feedback per tutti noi, non capisco chi abbia potuto valutare eccellente questa struttura (vista Lago a parte).
La mia esperienza con foto esemplificative annesse:
1. Scarso rispetto delle norme anticovid
- nel bar interno, praticamente tutto il personale lavora senza mascherina.
- nessuno controlla quindi che anche i clienti mettano la mascherina nei luoghi chiusi
- Quasi totale assenza di gel disinfettante
2. Lettini e ombrelloni fatiscenti ( vd foto)
3. Pulizia discutibile (vd foto banco dove tengono frutta e dolci)
4. Bagno unico uomo/donna
Mi chiedo non solo come si possa valutare con 5 stelle questa struttura (ci sono venuto spinto dai giudizi) ma anche come sia possibile che in un simile contesto nessun controllo li riporti all'ordine
 Honestly, given the importance of giving feedback for all of us, I don't understand who could rate this structure as excellent (apart from the lake view).
My experience with accompanying example photos:
1. Poor compliance with anticovid regulations
- in the internal bar, practically all the staff work without a mask.
- no one therefore checks that customers also wear the mask indoors
- Almost total absence of disinfectant gel
2. Dilapidated sunbeds and umbrellas (see photo)
3. Questionable cleanliness (see photo of the counter where they keep fruit and sweets)
4. Single bathroom for men / women
I wonder not only how we can evaluate this structure with 5 stars (I was prompted by the reviews) but also how it is possible that in such a context no control will bring them back to order

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to go for a swim in the Lago Maggiore. Free entrance to the lake with a nice terrace bar where to get some refreshment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly employees find you the best spot to sit/lay down. If you make requests on where you want to be, they will help make it happen. Very clean pool and nice beach. Didn't try the food, yet. May do that today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice place to have a swim. You can also find ice creams, food, coffee, drinks etc. There is a pretty large parking area, a ping pong table and a small 5x5 football pitch. I would rate it more if it weren't the following incident.
My only complaint is the following. We visited 2 times in 2 days. On Saturday we were asked to pay 10€ (myself, my wife and my 4y.o. son) for entrance and 2 beach chairs. On Sunday, we were asked to pay 15€. The guy (not the same guy as on Saturday) told us that we pay this price because the weather wasn't good and it looked it was going to rain (it did after an hour). I never understood what he meant...
I assume depending on the person at the entrance and whether you are Italian or foreigner you pay a different price. Pathetic!
In both cases we did not get a receipt. Also, there is no pricelist in a visible place where you can be informed how much you pay for what.
