Mi sono accorto quando ormai sono arrivato a casa. Giudizio mediocre, nulla di che. Ha un ampio parcheggio e i commessi sono molto gentili. La volta precedente la cassiera è stata molto gentile e dopo aver controllato lo scontrino, si è scusata e ha provveduto a restituire la differenza anche se era passata una settimana. Questa mattina invece la cassiera ha lamentato che avrei dovuto presentare lo scontrino errato prima e non dopo una settimana e nonostante l'errore evidente ha continuato in maniera scocciata a dire che non era possibile ridare la differenza. Poi ha parlato con un suo superiore, il quale ha aggiunto che avrei dovuto portare il prodotto del prezzo sbagliato. Ma io stavo contestando il prezzo non il prodotto. Ha anche detto che lo scontrino va controllato senza uscire dal supermercato. Scusate ma questo dov'è scritto? Per fortuna ci sono degli operatori che sono molto più cortesi e disponibili. Io oggi sono capitata nella giornata sbagliata. Buona Pasqua This is the second time that I happen to have an incorrect price on the receipt. The products sold are classic lidl items, low middle cost range.some innovative items with 'made in germany' logo for a change?. The staff are young and gentle. Usual african origin security guard. The internal Bakery produces fresh hot bread!!!
