Il personale é molto cortese, disponibile ed efficiente. Grande punto di forza é la breve fila alle casse, che non richiede mai un tempo di attesa troppo lungo in quanto il personale è impiegato in modo dinamico, così che quando si forma troppa coda alle casse, il personale agli scaffali passa in cassa (aprendo le casse chiuse) per smaltire più velocemente le code. Great strength is the short queue at the checkout, which never requires too long a waiting time as the staff is employed dynamically, so that when too much queue is formed at the checkout, the staff at the shelves goes to the cashier (opening closed crates) to clear queues faster.

Interno pulito e ben organizzato per settori con adeguati spazi di movimento. Assortimento più che buono e personale cortese. Ottime le offerte settimanali! New structure right on the outskirts of Talsano with private parking of sufficient size. Clean and well-organized interior for sectors with adequate movement spaces. Casalinghi e piccoli elettrodomestici invece sono imbattibili sul rapporto qualità prezzo. Non posso fare altro che elogiare questa catena di supermercati, per gli orari continuati, il personale sempre in ordine e cortese, la pulizia del locale e degli scaffali. La convenienza è ottima e la qualità nemmeno paragonabile ai vari discount di zona. inoltre c'e' la possibilità di reso per quasi tutto(se riportato completo di imballaggio e scontrino) inoltre la linea Parkside degli attrezzi è eccezionale inoltre simpatica la possibilità di bere un'aranciata fresca appena spremuta o per i sushi Box a 2.99€. Nel week end spesso ci sono offerte "lampo" non segnalate nei volantini il che rende eccitante le visite. il parchetto creato alle spalle della struttura è delizioso stile nord europeo.
