★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il Discount in sé per sé meriterebbe ben più di una stella per qualità e convenienza dei prodotti ma la maleducazione è l'inadeguatezza del personale è inaccettabile e passa presto la voglia di andarci a fare la spesa. Fare la fila in cassa è un calvario: anche nelle ore di punta, il supermercato mette a disposizione una sola cassiera alla quale non sembra fregare assolutamente nulla se la gente si accalca e crea confusione sotto i suoi occhi indifferenti. I commessi nei corridoi non vanno disturbati ! I commessi sono perennemente "impegnati" in conversazioni personali con i loro auricolari e se azzardi a fare una domanda vieni bellamente ignorato. Nei rari casi in cui si riesce a interloquire con un commesso si ha da subito la chiara sensazione di non essere ben voluti.
Oggi "ho dovuto disturbare" uno dei commessi impegnato a raccogliere i cartoni dagli scaffali:
-"Chiedo scusa, mancano i sacchetti per il pane"
-"Ci sono, ci sono. Guarda meglio che ci sono." Mi ha detto, prima di girarsi dall'altra parte indispettito. Peccato però che i sacchetti non c'erano! Succede la stessa cosa se domandi il prezzo o la disponibilità di un certo articolo.
Ora, io capisco che togliere i cartoni vuoti dagli scaffali sia un lavoro che richiede concentrazione e responsabilità ma questo non basta a giustificare l'indisposizione del personale con la clientela.
 The Discount in itself deserves more than a star for the quality and convenience of the products but the rudeness and the inadequacy of the staff is unacceptable and the desire to go shopping soon passes. Queuing at the cashier is an ordeal: even during rush hours, the supermarket offers only one cashier who doesn't seem to give a damn if people flock and create confusion under her indifferent eyes. The shop assistants in the corridors are not to be disturbed! The clerks are perpetually "engaged" in personal conversations with their earphones and if you dare to ask a question you are beautifully ignored. In the rare cases in which it is possible to speak with a salesman, one immediately has the clear feeling of not being well-liked.
Today "I had to disturb" one of the clerks busy picking up the cartons from the shelves:
- "I'm sorry, the bread bags are missing"
- "There are, there are. Look better there are." He said to me, before turning away in annoyance. Too bad, however, that the bags were not there! The same thing happens if you ask for the price or availability of a certain item.
Now, I understand that removing empty cartons from the shelves is a job that requires concentration and responsibility, but this is not enough to justify the staff's indisposition with customers.
