★ ★ ★ ★ ★ punto vendita un po fuori Volpiano ma perfettamente ragiungibile tramite statale, parcheggio molto ampio con postazione riservati a portatori handicap. locale molto grande ben fornito ben frequentato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Banchi quasi sempre vuoti...gli ordini del banco macelleria andrebbero rivisti secondo me...tanto disordine...alle 12 il banco panetteria era senza sacchetti.. senza personale e code kilometriche alle casse..è un gran peccato...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carenza di personale, scaffali da rifornire e merce disposta in maniera disordinata. Responsabile di filiale poco educata con i clienti e troppo autoritaria con i colleghi, invece di dare ordini dovrebbe anche rimboccarsi le maniche e partecipare attivamente al lavoro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noi preferiamo fare acquisti presso il Lidl di Volpiano anche se ci è più scomodo rispetto a quello di Leinì, perché, a parità di prezzi, scelta e qualità, il personale è decisamente più garbato, gentile e disponibile, mentre nell'altro regna molto nervosismo, quasi a rasentare la scarsa educazione nei confronti del cliente. Ogniqualvolta si chiede aiuto, si incappa in risposte generiche e frettolose, accompagnate da un diffuso atteggiamento scocciato e maldisposto.
E non va bene!!!
We prefer to shop at the Lidl in Volpiano even if it is more inconvenient than the one in Leinì, because, with the same prices, choice and quality, the staff is definitely more polite, kind and helpful, while in the other there is a lot of nervousness. , almost verging on poor education towards the customer. Whenever you ask for help, you run into generic and hasty answers, accompanied by a widespread annoyed and ill-disposed attitude.
And that's not good !!!
