★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundliche und oberflächliche Bedienung. Man wird den Eindruck nicht los, im Baumarkt dasselbe Sortiment zu bekommen. Bei Preisen von mehrern 100€ für eine Lampe würde man sich einen stilvolleren Service erwarten. Wir werden uns einen anderen Beleuchtungspartner für unser Ferienhaus suchen.
Unfriendly and superficial service. You can't get rid of the impression of getting the same range in the hardware store. With prices of several 100 € for a lamp, one would expect a more stylish service. We will look for another lighting partner for our holiday home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auf den ersten Blick glaubt man tatsächlich es mit einem Designliebhaber zu tun zu haben, der stilsicher eine Auswahl an kleinen Exklusivitäten trifft. Leider kann bei betreten des Geschäftes weder das überaus unfreundliche Personal, das Sortiment noch die erschreckend minderwertige Qualität der Ware diesen ersten Eindruck bestätigen. Vielmehr fühlt man sich als potenzieller Kunde an der Nase herumgeführt. Sehr enttäuschend!
At first glance, you actually think you are dealing with a design lover who is stylishly choosing a selection of small exclusives. Unfortunately, when entering the shop, neither the extremely unfriendly staff, the range, nor the shockingly inferior quality of the goods can confirm this first impression. Rather, as a potential customer, you feel like you're being misled. Very disappointing!
