Peccato sia frequentato da una certa risma di gente, che rappresenta la parte più consistente degli alunni nella scuola, che non rende facile l'integrazione di certi studenti appartenenti a famiglie più tradizionaliste o di idee politiche rivolte più verso il centro-destra. La struttura è abbastanza fatiscente e vecchia, e molte lavagne elettroniche sono inutilizzabili. Nonostante ciò la scuola è provvista di aula magna, macchinette del caffè su ogni piano, laboratorio di chimica, due aule di informatica, biblioteca su due piani, palestra composta da due campi con canestri e rete da volleyball. In somma rientra nella media delle scuole Italiane. Il fatto che sia al sesto posto fra i licei classici della Capitale e un buon punto in più.
