Ad eccezione di pochi professori che ricroprono con passione,impegno e competenza questo importante ruolo, la gran parte sono arroganti, incompetenti e incapaci di trasmettere conoscenza (spesso loro stessi non conoscono la materia). Importantissimo ruolo rivestite la preside, del tutto assente e incapace di valutare e giudicare i professori.
