Tra le attività merita di essere segnalato l'incontro tra gli scrittori ed il pubblico che in estate si svolge all'aperto in varie località della Riviera Ligure. Excellent library very well stocked with all kinds of books. Friendly and helpful staff. Se il li libro che si desidera,però, non è presente in negozio in quel momento viene immediatamente prenotato e attraverso un semplice sms si viene avvertiti e invitati a ritirarli. Sono altresì interessanti le conferenze che spesso si svolgono grazie all’intervento di importanti e famosi personaggi che presentano le loro ultime uscite letterarie. Sabato 17 ottobre 2020 ore 18,40 circa, entro e vedo un tipo che smanetta al computer girato di schiena alla clientela. Sono stato lì dentro 15 minuti ad aspettare i suoi comodi per niente,perché dopo aver finito il lavoro al computer e servito una ragazza che era nel negozio prima di me, voleva servire una signora appena entrata in libreria. Mi ha detto che lei era in coda in cassa. E secondo te io cosa stavo facendo nella tua libreria? Stavo lì ad ammirare gli arredi o ad aspettare di essere servito da qualcuno? Morale : ho girato i tacchi e sono andato alla Feltrinelli che sta lì a due passi, dove ho trovato due commesse che mi hanno servito immediatamente e molto bene. Bad experience. B	Bea Bocci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Libreria centrale e abbastanza ben rifornita. Il proprietario è veramente scostante e maleducato (e non è la prima volta). È fortunato perchè le commesse sono invece cortesi e ben disposte! Di fatto non è l'unica libreria di Savona in centro e ce ne sono di molto più rifornite e con attenzione ai clienti ..... Ho avuto la sensazione che il cliente venga considerato una sorta di privilegiato per il solo fatto di troverai al loro cospetto. Presto detto: ho evitato di diventarlo. Oltre a questo è da rilevare come la libreria sia aperta anche nei giorni festivi, con un personale preparato e gentile. Che dire di più? Ma solo se a servirti ci sono le ragazze, gentilissime e super disponibili, altrimenti con la presenza del proprietario le cose cambiano. Racconto l'episodio. Entro in libreria, ovviamente con la mascherina. Dopo qualche minuto entra una signora che ne è sprovvista e la situazione rimane questa per qualche minuto finché io non gli chiedo di mettersela, cosa che doveva fare il proprietario e non io. Ancora peggiore il fatto che lui la giustifica dicendo di conoscerla, che è una persona che se la mette sempre, accorta e attenta. Ma in quel momento lei non stava rispettando le regole, cosa che io stavo facendo, come gli altri, quindi andava richiamata, amica o no che fosse.
