★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato dei libri e mi hanno detto che mi avrebbero chiamato al massimo dopo 2 giorni, dopo una settimana non ricevendo telefonata, sono andata io e oltretutto hanno sbagliato a ordinarmi un libro. Hanno rimediato subito devo dire dandomi quello giusto. Pensavo a una migliore professionalità.
I ordered books and they told me they would call me at the latest after 2 days, after a week not receiving a call, I went and, moreover, they were wrong to order me a book. They remedied immediately I have to say giving me the right one. I thought of better professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo, dipendenti senza competenza, per niente professionali, maleducazione allo stato puro. Non sanno foderare i libri non sanno dare risposte su ordini effettuati, non riescono a fare conteggi sul prodotto pagato in anticipo come caparra e la rimanenza. Sconsigliato in tutti i sensi.
Bad, unskilled employees, not at all professional, pure rudeness. They do not know how to line books, they cannot give answers on orders placed, they cannot count on the product paid in advance as a deposit and the balance. Not recommended in all senses.

Gentile il personale alla cassa. Difficoltoso parcheggiare nei giorni lavorativi. Consiglio il sabato. È inoltre disponibile un app per richiedere appuntamento specifico.
Reference library in the center of Livorno. Sale of new and used school books. Very professional and prepared. They collect the used items also including the sales account. Dear the staff at the checkout. Difficult to park on working days. I recommend on Saturday. An app is also available to request a specific appointment.

Disappointment !!! To sell the books I have nothing good to say but to order until disappointed, I have been waiting for more than two months for two books that never arrive !!!
