Lasciato loro il mio numero di telefono, rimaniamo che mi avrebbero immediatamente avvisato all'arrivo del libro. Stamattina, essendo passata più di una settimana, passo da loro per ritirare il mio libro, ma mi dicono che ieri gli è stato detto che non era più disponibile né ordinabile. Perché non avvisarmi così da evitarmi di passare da loro e magari riuscire a trovarlo da un'altra parte. Direi poca professionalità e attenzione al cliente. I went to request a book from them that they did not have at home and then they ordered me making sure that within a week it would arrive (they also asked me for a deposit, which however was not done because I had only the credit). Leaving them with my phone number, we remain that they would have immediately informed me when the book arrived. This morning, having spent more than a week, I pass by them to pick up my book, but they tell me that yesterday they were told that it was no longer available or orderable. Why not warn me so as to avoid going to them and maybe be able to find it somewhere else. I would say little professionalism and attention to the customer.
