Sono del parere che bisognerebbe difendere le librerie di quartiere, contro lo strapotere della grande distribuzione sia a livello di negozio fisico che virtuale. I am not a regular customer, but I can say that I was treated in a kind and thoughtful way by reporting all the editorial news. Mentre ero nel negozio mia mamma con la mia bambina si sono sedute al tavolino nel reparto bambini a disegnare con i pennarelli e un blocco di fogli che si trovavano sul tavolino. La proprietaria ha detto a mia madre che i colori e i fogli non si potevano usare perché di suo nipote e di smettere di colorare. Al tavolino, pare sia consentito solo sedersi. Sono allucinata, mi è spiaciuto solo aver acquistato i libri prima di assistere a questa scena. Han Perso una cliente per un foglio di carta... svegliatevi!! Titolare scortese e inadeguata. Sono a fare dei negozi di quartiere, ma questi titolari dovrebbero imparare a trattare i clienti. This morning I bought 3 books. While I was in the shop, my mom with my little girl sat at the table in the children's department to draw with markers and a pad of paper that were on the table. The owner told my mother that colors and sheets could not be used because of her nephew and to stop coloring. At the table, it seems that only sitting is allowed. I am hallucinated, I was only sorry to have bought the books before witnessing this scene. Han Lost a customer for a sheet of paper ... wake up !! Rude and inadequate owner. They are doing neighborhood shops, but these owners should learn how to treat customers.
