L'efficienza e la facilità con cui mi hanno servito è stata sorprendente, considerando che vivo all'estero e tutto si è svolto a distanza. Non mi sarei mai aspettata che dalla mia richiesta, una domenica sera, sarebbero bastati pochi messaggi per avere i libri che volevo, pagati, impacchettati e pronti per essere ritirati, il lunedì pomeriggio.Un servizio esemplare! I don't usually like to write reviews, but the experience with the owners of the La Torre bookshop has been so satisfying, that writing well about them is the least I can do. The efficiency and ease with which they served me was amazing, considering that I live abroad and everything took place remotely. I never expected that from my request, on a Sunday evening, a few messages would be enough to have the books I wanted, paid for, packaged and ready to be picked up on Monday afternoon. An exemplary service!

Le titolari sono persone molto molto preparate e disponibili e hanno sempre un bel consiglio da dare ! despite being a small library it is very well stocked and there is great care in the selection of books, there is a small department dedicated to children with splendid books. Le proprietarie Bruna e Catia hanno riorganizzato l’esposizione e reso i locali più accoglienti. Sembra si siano ispirate ad Oscar Wilde quando scriveva: “Ho dei gusti semplicissimi. Mi accontento sempre del meglio”. Se il nome della libreria è cambiato, permane immutato il team, che si fa preferire da sempre per la squisita cortesia e la straordinaria efficienza. Chapeau.
