Sono stata offesa dal proprietario scortese e maleducato, senza alcun motivo: essendo la prima volta che mi recavo a Santa maria, non conoscevo l’effettiva ubicazione della facoltà di giurisprudenza. Frequento un altro ateneo e vivo in tutt’altra provincia. Ero lì per reperire del materiale per conto di un amico.
Chiedo per curiosità dove fosse tale sede e mi risponde di svegliarmi, di essere un’addormentata in piedi senza futuro per non aver visto l’università difronte.
Io scioccata ed infuriata, ho acquistato il materiale solo per un impegno preso con suddetto amico
In quanto alla qualità delle dispense, mi è stato poi riferito che, online erano presenti tali documenti, nonostante l’alone di esclusività suggerita dal proprietario.

Per quanto possa essere efficiente circa la reperibilità di alcuni materiali, quali dispense universitarie, ho riscontrato lo stesso atteggiamento da parte del titolare veramente scortese, considerando che instaura autonomamente un tipo di confidenza che non gli viene concessa. Questa non è simpatia ma maleducazione.
Sconsiglio.
I went to this shop twice with each other and there will not be a third. La spedizione è stata fulminea nonostante l'aumento del volume di ordini, tutto imballato benissimo e libri perfetti. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non riuscendo ad accedere con il mio precedente account google per aggiornare e confermare la fantastica esperienza già avuta in passato, provvedo a recensire nuovamente questa ottima attività con l'account che utilizzo per lavoro. Mi ero già affidata a loro qualche mese fa ed erano stati impeccabili. Arrivato il momento di prendere altri libri per mio fratello, non ho avuto dubbi e sono tornata da loro a occhi chiusi. Come previsto, tutto perfetto, libri arrivati in 24h, prezzi migliori di tante altre grosse catene, il tutto accompagnato da assoluta cordialità del servizio clienti non solo nell'aggiornare tempestivamente ma anche da aggiungere degli omaggi all'ordine (tre calendari da tavolo e due evidenziatori, grazie!). Senz'altro tornerò da loro per i prossimi esami di mio fratello, un peccato non averli conosciuti negli anni scorsi. Nonostante usi amazon quasi per tutto, questa attività è davvero imbattibile per tempestività, precisione e attenzione. Grazie e alla prossima!
Not being able to log in with my previous google account to update and confirm the fantastic experience already had in the past, I proceed to review this excellent activity again with the account I use for work. I had already relied on them a few months ago and they had been flawless. When it was time to get more books for my brother, I had no doubts and went back to them with my eyes closed. As expected, all perfect, books arrived in 24h, better prices than many other large chains, all accompanied by absolute friendliness of the customer service not only in promptly updating but also to add gifts to the order (three table calendars and two highlighters, thanks!). I will certainly return to them for my brother's next exams, a shame not to have met them in recent years. Despite using amazon for almost everything, this activity is truly unbeatable for timeliness, accuracy and attention. Thanks and see you next time!
