★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi dispiace x il signor Loris certamente la nostra intenzione non è quella di scontentare un cliente ma quella di assecondarlo dando un buon servizio in tutti i sensi però può capitare di ricevere dei libri che hanno poco valore naturalmente si può rimanere male ma i libri usati hanno valore di mercato comunque grazie x tutto.
I'm sorry for Mr. Loris certainly our intention is not to upset a customer but to support him by giving a good service in all senses but it can happen that you receive books that have little value of course you can feel bad but used books have market value anyway thanks x all.
