★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato i libri di mia figlia il 23 agosto di lunedì, mi è stato detto che entro il venerdì sarebbero stati consegnati tutti al massimo il lunedì. Oggi 13 Settembre ancora aspetto i libri!!!! Poco professionale a mio avviso, la sincerità al primo posto. Da premettere che i libri sono già stati pagati ed è per questo che non è stato sincero per prendersi subito i soldi. Ah avrei atteso ugualmente.....
I ordered my daughter's books on August 23rd on a Monday, I was told that by Friday they would all be delivered on Monday at the latest. Today 13 September I'm still waiting for the books !!!! Unprofessional in my opinion, sincerity comes first. It should be noted that the books have already been paid for and that is why he was not sincere to take the money right away.
