Scortesi,presuntuosi,arroganti e ladri!Ho portato dei libri usati per venderli,si intascano più della metà del ricavato dalla vendita e ai proprietari dei libri danno una miseria ed in più vendono l'usato al 60% anzichè al 50%. Per quanto mi riguarda i libri potrebbero anche regalarli,non ci andrò mai più! Avoid like the plague! Rude, presumptuous, arrogant and thieves! Ho fatto presente gentilmente che il libro non è stato neanche spacchettato ed era interamente incelofanato. Sapete cosa mi sono sentito dire un perentorio NO e di stare attento la prossima volta. Complimenti anche per il rimprovero ed il tono di chi non sbaglia mai. Pazienza signori io ho altri due figli avete perso tanto. Very negative review. I mistakenly bought a book for my son and simply asked to exchange it for another. I kindly pointed out that the book was not even unpacked and was entirely incelophane. You know what I heard a peremptory NO and to be careful next time. Congratulations also for the reproach and the tone of those who never make mistakes. Ho portato tanti libri quasi nuovi e mi hanno dato una miseria il 30 % del totale inoltre la titolare scorbutica e maleducata mi ha aggredito verbalmente al telefono senza neanche conoscermi. Lo sconsiglio vivamente Negative experience I will never set foot in it again. I brought many almost new books and they gave me a pittance 30% of the total and the surly and rude owner verbally attacked me on the phone without even knowing me. I strongly advise against it
