Quasi sempre molto affollata e disordinata, anche se ciò viene compensato nella maggior parte dei casi dalla professionalità dello staff; sanno il fatto loro, e su questo c'è poco da dire, visto che nonostante tutte le problematiche prima menzionate, riescono sempre a garantire tutti i servizi che offrono, probabilmente motivo per cui sono i più gettonati a Casoria e dintorni. Incredibile come siano riusciti a garantire degli standard nonostante la situazione covid. Compact library located in the center, therefore easy to reach, (parking nearby is almost always impossible). Attesa infinita all'esterno con numerino e poi all'interno la calca. Non ci tornerò più Overcrowded .. some books booked on the site, the next day in withdrawing were no longer available. Se devi venderli, invece non li accettano perché dicono che sono troppo vecchi. Non credo vali la pena aspettare tutta quella folla per ordinare libri, cosa che puoi fare in qualsiasi altra libreria The place is crowded, poorly stocked and with slow and arrogant service. Books must necessarily be ordered because they have little or nothing used. If you have to sell them, they don't accept them because they say they're too old. I don't think it's worth waiting for all that crowd to order books, which you can do in any other bookstore

Termini mai specificati su buoni, scontrini, negozi. Pagato 30 euro quasi un testo che non occorreva. Poca la trasparenza. Peccato davvero Unavailable to exchange due to incorrect purchase. Impossible to say the return of the owner for a late withdrawal is true but due to Covid. Terms never specified on coupons, receipts, shops. Paid almost 30 euros for a text that was not needed.
