T	T. P. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da pochi mesi ha abbandonato la sede storica, bellissima di via Ricasoli. Pur dispiaciuta per la perdita speravo di trovare un locale più efficiente e comodo. Non è stato così. Il palazzo è bello ed elegante ma le stanze sono più piccole e subito troppo affollate. L'asta vera e propria (per ora) non si svolge in sede ma in un hotel poco distante. Il personale è gentilissimo, professionale, disponibile e capace. Tuttavia rimpiango i tempi passati, quelli molto passati. A few months ago it abandoned its historic, beautiful location in via Ricasoli. Although sorry for the loss, I hoped to find a more efficient and comfortable place. It was not so. The building is beautiful and elegant but the rooms are smaller and immediately too crowded. The actual auction (for now) does not take place on site but in a nearby hotel. The staff is very kind, professional, helpful and capable. However, I regret the past times, the very past ones.

Ho anche comprato e il materiale messo in asta è sempre frutto di accurata ricerca. Ottimo, continuate così. I appreciate more and more the competence of Gonnelli's staff and the care with which they examine with me, always from a distance, the works to be auctioned. I also bought and the material put up for auction is always the result of careful research. Great, keep it up.

J	Jack Gwynn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased two works 6 months ago at auction and they remain unshipped. Numerous attempts to contact the auction house have never been replied to. The matter remains unresolved currently. Incredibly unhelpful bordering on dishonest and fraudulent.
K	Karol Lizak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Same issue as mr @Jack Gwynn Fraudulent auction house. Stole 800 Euro from me. Didn't ship purchased items. Never responded to emails, started to hang up on me while I tried to call them. Played some tricks telling me there where moving somewhere else but never resolved the issue. I informed the police and will retrieve the money. Definetely unrecommended adress. They are petty thieves.

I have ongoing issue with them regarding shipping of purchased objects lasting over 3 months now. They can't be reached neither via e-mail, nor via phone. They are probably trying to wait it out and just keep the money. If any of You experience such a behavior from them, don't hesitate to inform the police.
A	Antykwariat Wu-eL on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surprisingly rude and shameless people. Seems like the only way to get them ship purchased objects or give back the money is to go with them to court. They pretend they don't understand English when talking to them on the phone, make up all kind of crazy stories. Can't be reached via e-mails too. I never experienced such a vulgar demeanor in antiques business. Don't ever buy anything from them via internet. Seeing their attitude I would hardly be brave enough to buy anything right from the shop too. Dislike.
