Struttura moderna ed efficiente non può che far bene al quartiere.
Although I was only once in this library (it was one of the three libraries in Rome that had a recently published book available for loan), I give the highest rating for the kindness and availability of the staff. Modern and efficient structure can only do the neighborhood good.
