If I were to review only the bookstore I would have put probably 5stars, they have a huge selection and they are welcoming when you decide to sell your books. The other store, the one that buy and sell scholastic books is the reason why I don’t put more than three star, the guy I have approached to sell some of my almost new penguin books didn’t even browse my books and he left without even look at me saying they didn’t need any of those books, not a bye, not even a thanks no, he just stormed off leaving me feelings as I bother them for even approach the shop. For what I have gathered they do like that if you don’t present yourself as a broke person, so if you go to sell something try to look like you live under a bridge or something, maybe they’ll buy you just one book but at least they will say you goodbye afterward. Se dovessi recensire solo il negozio di rivendita di libri usati, metterei 5 stelle, hanno una vastissima selezione ed il personale è gentile ed accogliente. Il secondo negozio, quello che si occupa della compravendita di libri scolastici invece è la ragione per cui non vado oltre alle 3 stelle, il ragazzo che ho avvicinato per vendere i miei libri penguin praticamente nuovi non li ha quasi neanche toccati, guardando solo la costa, poi ha detto che non gli servivano e se n’è andato di botto così senza neanche un arrivederci, un no grazie, lasciandomi con la sensazione di essere stata un peso per aver osato approcciarli. Da quel che ho capito fanno così con tutti quelli che non sembrano dei falliti, per cui vestitevi da barboni, come fanno certe vecchie signore borghesi e andate a vendere solo dopo, magari con i capelli sporchi. Magari non vi compreranno che un solo libro ma almeno verso la fine vi diranno arrivederci. In risposta alla risposta: Il problema qua descritto non si limita al sistema di compravendita di libri scolastici, e vedere e rispondere solo per quello denota una totale mancanza di autocritica oltre che capacità di lettura. La compravendita di libri scolastici è chiaramente limitata ma la critica è del tutto riferita a più incontri con gente differente che si è recata nel negozio scolastico Ed è stata trattata malissimo, evitare persino il saluto di congedo e fare come se la persona proponesse m. È tristissimo e Quando anche si fa riferimento ad un dizionario nuovo mai toccato ed ancora in uso nei corsi non si capisce perché si dica di no, il punto comunque rimane come è detto no, io sono tornata a casa dispiaciuta e non nel senso come se non avessi trovato qualcosa ma come se mi avessero insultato per strada. Spero che quel ragazzo sia stato licenziato.

Il Libraccio is a piece of Italian history. It is the first large attempt of working in a stable way with pre-owned books. Now it is working in many italian towns. Prices are usually convenient & by the way il Libraccio sells also new books, not just second hands. Good public transport connection, quite difficult parking chances.

Not for the library, for the working lady there is bad service

Today we had a really bad experience in the sshop. I was looking for a language book, I don't speak Italian. A senior shop assistance got mad because she had to repeat twice the indication to a close store. So my personal experience was frustrating and she should be working in front of desk.
