★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non viene annunciato mai, mai, il tempo di attesa reale. Tutte le volete che annunciano 5 minuti di attesa sono 15 minuti. Non si può attendere una metro 15. /20 minuti! E non puoi annunciare il falso.
Il personale spesso non è presente e quando c'è è poco gentile, poco informato sulle problematiche di un eventuale disagio.
 The real waiting time is never, never announced. All you want announcing 5 minutes of waiting are 15 minutes. You can't wait for a metro 15/20 minutes! And you can't announce the fake.
The staff is often not present and when there is unkind, little informed about the problems of any inconvenience.
