Il primo è che mi sembra davvero assurdo esporre in vetrina articoli non vendibili, tra l'altro solo perché si tratta dell'ultimo capo. Non so se sia una cosa normale nel settore, ma come cliente è strana da sentire. Come seconda cosa, non da meno, è che di tutte le commesse che c'erano martedì mattina nessuna chiedeva ai clienti che entravano (situazione limitata ai diversi minuti in cui eravamo all'interno del negozio) se avessero bisogno, rendendosi disponibili, come è usanza fare in qualsiasi circostanza quando si lavora con la clientela. Comprendo la stanchezza presente probabilmente a fine turno, dovuta anche a certi periodi dell'anno più confusionari come questo, ed i momenti in cui alcune attività richiedono più concentrazione e collaborazione forse, però suppongo che almeno una collega dovrebbe dare attenzione ai clienti. Spero possa essere presa come critica costruttiva per migliorare. The quality is indisputable and therefore not evaluated by the 2 stars assigned. I assign them for two reasons. The first is that it seems to me really absurd to display non-salable items in the window, among other things only because it is the last item. I don't know if that's normal in the industry, but as a customer it's weird to hear. Second, not least, is that of all the orders that were there on Tuesday morning, none asked the customers who entered (situation limited to the several minutes we were inside the shop) if they needed, making themselves available, as is custom to do under any circumstances when working with clients. I understand the tiredness probably present at the end of the shift, also due to certain more confusing times of the year like this one, and the moments in which some activities require more concentration and collaboration perhaps, but I suppose that at least one colleague should pay attention to customers. I hope it can be taken as constructive criticism to improve.
