★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sabato sera, locale pieno ma non troppo affollato poiché i tavoli hanno il giusto distanziamento, i ragazzi dello staff cortesemente ci fanno accomodare (non avevamo prenotato, sono stati gentili a trovarci una sistemazione) e ci chiedono per fortuna subito il green pass.
Servizio impeccabile. Tutti gentilissimi, tempi di attesa minimi, antipasto della casa con salumi bufala polpetta tartare e fiore sardo eccellente (non posto la foto perché non abbiamo fatto in tempo a scattarla per quanto era invitante il piatto) e come secondo...la carne più buona abbia mai assaggiato. Entrecote tenerissima e tagliata rucola e grana ben saporita. Puoi scegliere anche il tipo ed il taglio di carne al banco.
Grazie ad Andrea ed a tutto il suo staff, torneremo sicuramente!
Ampio parcheggio.
 Saturday night, full but not too crowded because the tables have the right spacing, the guys of the staff kindly let us sit (we had not booked, they were kind to find us an accommodation) and fortunately they ask us for the green pass immediately.
Impeccable service. All very kind, minimum waiting times, house appetizer with salami buffalo meatball tartare and excellent Sardinian flower (do not post the photo because we did not have time to take it because of how inviting the dish was) and as a main course ... the best meat I've ever tasted. Very tender and sliced entrecote with rocket and very tasty parmesan. You can also choose the type and cut of meat at the counter.
Thanks to Andrea and all his staff, we will definitely be back!

The meat plates are exceptionally good, and so is the wine selection.
Prices vary with what type of meat you order.
On the negative side; be careful to take note of the prices when ordering and always check the bill. In our experience we noticed that we were charged for more.
Otherwise this Taverna is a must for all meat lovers in Rome.
