r	rosanna raineri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il locale ormai è datato, necessiterebbe di una ristrutturazione, non c'è molta varietà di prodotti, ma l'utilizzo di buone materie prime e l'accortezza nella realizzazione fanno del Lia Bar un luogo conosciuto a largo raggio, soprattutto per i suoi buccellati e le paste ripiene di conserva alimentare, ma anche per le pizzette che sforna calde su ordinazione. Si presenta come un normale bar di paese, tavoli fuori che danno sul Castello del Duca di Salaparuta (ora sede del Comune) e sulla piazza Matrice. La mattina è l'atmosfera giusta per leggere il giornale e scambiare opinioni con i soliti frequentatori: la politica e il calcio i temi principali. Le specialità sono 2 sostanzialmente, le squisite pizzette e tutti i dolci con la crema di ricotta. Non troverete bignè dall'estetica raffinata o mousse particolari, ma se venite qua dovete prendere i dolci con la crema di ricotta, le specialità tipiche siciliane, che siano cannoli, cassate, buccellati e "sfince". La bontà sta proprio nella lavorazione della crema di ricotta. Caffè TOP! Pizzette buonissime! Dolci con la ricotta di tutti i tipi. It is probably the historic bar par excellence in Casteldaccia. It looks like a normal village bar, tables outside overlooking the Castle of the Duke of Salaparuta (now the seat of the Municipality) and Piazza Matrice. The specialties are basically 2, the delicious pizzas and all the desserts with ricotta cream. You will not find refined aesthetic puffs or particular mousses, but if you come here you have to take sweets with ricotta cream, the typical Sicilian specialties, which are cannoli, cassata, buccellati and "sfince". Per me rappresenta un punto di riferimento dove comprare a colpo sicuro senza fare brutta figura. Excellent pastry and rotisserie, superior in quality to what is around. Buoni i buccellati con i fichi e alle mandorle!
