È sempre un piacere andarli a trovare, tappa obbligatoria se visitate Dogliani! The wine is very good, but the friendliness and passion in what they do are their trump cards. Silvio ci ha svelato un paio di questi misteri: la pignoleria nella cura del vitigno, la valutazione precisa dei tempi di raccolta, la quasi ossessiva attenzione all’eliminazione di foglie e corpi estranei, la terra , l’esposizione, e…..Il resto dice è geloso segreto. Bravo Silvio brava Lucia e…… bravi anche noi attenti e ubbidienti. Making good wine is an art mysteriously for the layman. Silvio revealed to us a couple of these mysteries: the meticulousness in the care of the vine, the precise evaluation of harvest times, the almost obsessive attention to the elimination of leaves and foreign bodies, the earth, the exposure, and ... rest says it's jealous secret.
