Una situazione a dire poco imbarazzante; alla nostra richiesta sarebbe stato molto più serio rifiiutare l'intervento (per di più molto veloce e semplice) causa cumulo di lavoro natalizio; sarebbe stata almeno una valida motivazione. La conseguenza è stata il dover affidare il lavoro a qualcuno di meno esperto (a questo punto mi chiedo se davvero sia così) e fargli spaccare la schiena nel fare qualcosa che a voi sarebbe costato solo poche ore di intervento (che ovviamente vi avremmo pagato!). Mi dispiace davvero, ma dopo tutti i clienti che vi abbiamo mandato... non ce sarà più nemmeno uno! La crisi ha colpito per lo più le aziende medio/piccole, ma se la serietà è questa... meritate solo di CHIUDERE. The consequence was having to entrust the work to someone less experienced (at this point I wonder if it really is so) and make him split his back in doing something that would have cost you only a few hours of intervention (which of course we would have paid you! ). I'm really sorry, but after all the customers we sent you ... there won't be even one anymore! The crisis has mostly affected medium / small businesses, but if seriousness is this ... you just deserve to CLOSE. Best regards
