★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El ambiente es muy bueno, con gente proveniente de casi todos los continentes. Suelen ser estudiantes o gente que trabaja. Esta cerca de la estación Trastevere, del metro san Paolo y de la mayoría de facultades de Roma Tre. También tiene cerca la zona comercial Marconi y la zona de la Magliana donde hay un gran numero de hipermercados. En la calle Portuense se pueden tomar muchos autobuses hacia el centro o llegar a Giannicolense y allí coger el tram 8. Los precios de las habitaciones varían según como sea esta, hay algunas con baño privado y otras con baño compartido normalmente entre tres. La cosa buena es que el precio incluye los otros gastos cosa que no sucede cuando alquilas una habitación en un piso compartido que tienes que contar con sumarle los otros gastos a parte del alquiler.
The atmosphere is very good, with people from almost every continent. They are usually students or working people. It is close to Trastevere station, the San Paolo metro and most of the faculties of Roma Tre. It also has the Marconi shopping area and the Magliana area nearby where there are a large number of hypermarkets. In Portuense street you can take many buses to the center or get to Giannicolense and take tram 8 there. The prices of the rooms vary according to how this is, there are some with a private bathroom and others with a bathroom usually shared by three. The good thing is that the price includes the other expenses, something that does not happen when you rent a room in a shared apartment, you have to add the other expenses to the rent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to stay with a good atmosphere for students. it is near Roma 3 university. there is a woman who manages the places and almost available all the time for any possible problem. Prices are reasonabale for such a big a nd populated city. you can trust them because you will get the contract either in Italian or English. your choice. you can also register your contract to have Residenca which is a very valuable for foreigners
